About Frank
I can't say enough about this stallion. He is one in a million. I've raised alot of foals in my 25+ years of breeding paint horses and Frankie tops the chart as the prettiest horse I've ever raised.
I showed him in Amateur Halter all last year on the Pinto Show Circuit. Frankie was with trainers Ron and Laurie Bates and they fit him to his best. Ron showed Frankie in open halter. Frank was 90% of the time first or second in his class and 99% of the time was either Grand or Reserve.
His disposition is the best of any stallion I've worked with. I normally don't like to work around stallions because of their unpredictable behavior, but Frank is a real gentlemen and if you tell him no once, he won't forget it and is very well mannered. I'm not one bit afraid to work around him. He's one of only a handful of stallions I can say that about.
He stands 15.2 now and has widened out quite a bit since these photos were taken. He's a very thick colt with alot of good bone under him to do some tough work under saddle. I see Frank as a ranch horse some day. Although he moves light on his feet and in my opinion can easily earn performance points in western pleasure and other soft moving riding events.
Those blue eyes will get you. Frankie has the prettiest blue eyes I've ever seen on a horse. His face is chiseled and beautiful. He has a mane and tail any show horse would want, no false tail needed here! He has a ton of hair. Kinda hard on the fingers when you go to pull his mane if you want to show him in halter at the breed shows, but a full grown out mane on this stallion will be a pretty picture.
He's got a good start as far as a show horse and standing him at stud. Just need to finish a show career on him and a person would be set to stand him to outside mares. Not to mention his breeding helps there too, with his sire being a world champion in halter and his dam a great broodmare in the paint breed.
Frankie would make a top gelding, so don't be afraid to go that way with him either. What a great ranch horse he would make someone.
Anyone would be proud to own this horse.
